All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times begin after processing and are not guaranteed.

Krowned is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs clearance.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Krowned is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Krowned is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kbundleco.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
