Krowned Mobile App
This section applies to the "Krowned: Hair Care & Accessory" app for iPhone and Android, published by Krowned Co (Kings Bundle Co. LLC).
Information the app collects:
* Account details: name, email address and a user ID (or your Apple ID email if you use Sign in with Apple)
* Hair Quiz answers and your hair profile
* Length Journey entries and progress photos you choose to add
* Community posts, photos, likes, reports and blocks you make
Purchases in the app are completed on our Shopify checkout and are covered by the sections above. The app does not show ads, does not track your location, and does not sell your data. Account data is stored securely with our hosting provider, Supabase, and is encrypted in transit.
How to delete your account and data:
1. Open the Krowned app and sign in.
2. Tap the account icon at the top of the screen.
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Or email info@kbundleco.com from the email on your account with the subject "Delete my app account" and we will delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted: your account, name, email, hair profile, quiz answers, Length Journey entries and photos, Community posts and photos, likes and blocks. This happens right away when you delete in the app.
What we keep: records of orders you placed on our store, because we're required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.
